  • Changes to Orders: Modifications must be communicated within 24 hours of order confirmation. Changes after this period may incur additional charges or delays.
  • Production Time: Estimated production timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. Factors such as order size and complexity may affect delivery times.
  • Approvals: Pre-production samples or design mockups may be provided for final approval, depending on the project.

2. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Shipping Timeline: Orders will be shipped within the timeframe provided during order confirmation. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
  • Tracking Information: Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
  • Delays: NexGen Uniforms is not liable for shipping delays caused by external carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

3. Return and Refund Policy

As most of our products are customized, returns and refunds are limited:

  • Non-Customized Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if items are unused and in original condition. Refunds exclude shipping fees.
  • Customized Products: Customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. We will replace or repair defective items at no additional cost.
  • Return Process: Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders at the time of confirmation.
  • Final Payments: The remaining balance must be paid before shipping or delivery.
